When you selected your package you will be guided through a short customisation form. This form allows you to personalise your lullaby by entering your child’s name, selecting your preferred vocal style, instrumentation, and overall feel. If you’ve chosen the Lullaby Lyricist Package, you’ll also have the opportunity to submit your lyrics or ideas.

From there, our team will carefully compose and produce your lullaby, delivering a beautifully crafted final piece for you to cherish.

You will receive your mp3 directly to the email you provided.

Typically we allow 10 business days from order to deliver your lullaby.

Yes, you can connect a song from your local files (on your computer) to a Spotify playlist for personal use, allowing you to play songs not available on the streaming service directly within your Spotify app; you just need to enable the "Local Files" option in your Spotify settings and add the song from your computer to a playlist.

By purchasing a lullaby from My Little Lullaby, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds – Due to the personalised nature of our lullabies, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure all details provided in the customisation form are correct before submitting your order.

2. No Revisions – Each lullaby is carefully crafted based on the information you provide. We do not offer revisions or alterations after the final product has been delivered. If you require a new version, a separate order must be placed.

3. Personal Use Only – All lullabies are created for personal enjoyment and may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, streaming, public performances, or inclusion in media projects.

4. Delivery Timeframe – We strive to deliver each lullaby within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property – While the lullaby is personalised for you, My Little Lullaby retains full ownership of the composition and recording. You are granted an exclusive license to use the lullaby for personal purposes only.

6. Accuracy of Provided Information – Please double-check all details (such as name spelling and song preferences) before submitting your order. My Little Lullaby is not responsible for errors in the provided information.

7. Use of Work in Our Portfolio – We may showcase snippets of completed lullabies as examples of our work on our website and social media. If you prefer your lullaby to remain private, please let us know when placing your order.
